Antonio's journey to fulfilling his dream of owning a restaurant was not immediate. It was the Bondi lifeguards and local surfers who became some of his first loyal customers, inspiring the creation of the Bondi Burger—a meal designed to be enjoyed with one hand while holding a surfboard in the other.
